What to do when you have lost access to your 2FA method.

If you have lost access to your 2FA method, please get in touch with support via support@sherbet.com using the email address linked to your account.

We'll ask you to provide us with some basic information about your account, and once verified, we'll disable 2FA for you within 24-48 hours.
