How to get support from third-party providers.

Sometimes, you may need help with games or services powered by a third-party provider that our support team can't help you with. Here's how you can contact the provider's support team instead:

Evolution Gaming

Evolution Gaming offers live support to assist with any errors or disputes within their games.

To access their live support, click the headset icon from the lobby in the top right corner of your screen. If you are in a game, open the in-game chat window and click the headset icon.

If a third-party live support agent requests you to contact Sherbet instead, ask them for the “Case ID” and supply it to our support team. They'll help resolve this for you.

Pragmatic Play Live

Pragmatic Play also offers live support to assist with any errors or disputes within their games.

To access their live support, click the headset icon in the top right of your screen while in-game. You cannot access support from the lobby.

If a third-party live support agent requests you to contact Sherbet instead, ask them for the “Case ID” and supply it to our support team. They'll help resolve this for you.

Other providers

If you experience a technical fault with any other providers on our platform, please note the time, game, bet amount, and, if possible, the bet ID before initiating a conversation with our support team via live chat or email at support@sherbet.com.
