Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, withdrawals may sometimes take a while to clear. If you're having issues, it may be due to the following reasons:

Unconfirmed transactions

All cryptocurrency transactions must be confirmed on the blockchain before being credited to your wallet. Most third-party wallets and exchanges require a certain number of confirmations on the network, depending on the cryptocurrency you choose.

The time this process takes depends on the network and network fee used for the transaction. Generally, if the network is congested or under heavy demand, you can expect transactions to be slower than usual to confirm.

If your withdrawal has reached 15+ confirmations and has yet to be credited after 30 minutes, please get in touch with support via live chat or at support@sherbet.com.

Your transaction requires manual approval

Withdrawals can be flagged for manual approval. This usually happens if a withdrawal is significant in value or seems suspicious. Manual approvals are typically swift and only occur in rare cases.

You have not wagered your original deposit amount

It's only possible to withdraw your deposited funds by first wagering them 100%. Depositing any amount of cryptocurrency and attempting to withdraw it immediately is classed as coin mixing, which we actively try to prevent on Sherbet.
